I am a certified addictions professional, life coach, counselor and have been counseling for 11 years with a focus on providing a compassionate, loving, and caring approach to guiding people to see their true potential. My approach to the healing process begins with uncovering people’s core beliefs that led you to a place of emotional pain.

How does life coaching work?
Life Coaching works because it focuses on exactly what you want to achieve and helps you get there faster. Using the tools and techniques that life coaching teaches you will help you become more results-oriented and focused on achieving your goals. A life coach can keep you focused and on track by identifying available options that you may not have considered.
How is life coaching different from therapy or counseling? Although both coaches and counselors offer a support system to help you gain strength and clarity to keep going. Coaching is about where you are and where you want to be. Counseling is longer term with a focus on dealing with unresolved trauma.
Life coaching is action oriented, while counselors and therapists are more coping and healing oriented.
Life Coaches will assist you to focus on your goals and milestones, counseling helps you identify and solve your problems in life.
Who can have a life coach?
The answer is that all types of people can benefit from having access to a life coach at some point in their life. However, there are some common characteristics of people who have a life coach; a deep desire for change, a need for guidance and focus to achieve your dreams.
What happens in a coaching session?
Each of the sessions builds on the previous coaching session to ensure a clear and unequivocal path to the agreed results. During each session, we review the actions and accomplishments from the last session, as well as overall progress. We analyze your current position in relation to your objective and the barriers to overcome.
Where does the coaching take place?
Much of my training takes place online via Zoom, however, for those living near my location, I offer face-to-face coaching. At the local level, online.
How long are the coaching sessions?
Life Coaching sessions last approximately 45 to 60 minutes. Coaching sessions can take place weekly, biweekly, or monthly depending on what you are comfortable with.
How much does it cost?
Most of the people I see believe that coaching is an investment. Coaching costs may vary based on client requirements and type of coaching offered.

Who is Jenna You Ask?
Jenna is a survivor childhood trauma, in recovery from substance use disorder, experienced depression, and a life-long struggle with overcoming my limiting beliefs.
Born in Coral Springs, Florida, Jenna lived in New Jersey for 21 years before returning to Florida. She is married and a mother of four girls. Jenna truly believes the pathway to healing comes from implementing self-care.
As a counselor and life coach, Jenna’s focus is on providing a compassionate, loving, and caring approach to help her clients see their true potential.
Education and Experience
Jenna attended Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Genocide Studies, and pursued a Master’s in Holocaust and Genocide Studies. She is a certified purpose coach, certified addictions professional, and Certified Trauma Therapist. Through her professional and personal experiences, she has cultivated a deep passion to help others truly understand themselves and how their behaviors are the result of the lasting impact of trauma.

Life Experience and Approach
Through Jenna’s own process of recovery, she has experienced how significant the effects of trauma are. Through therapy, she helps others find a different path to self-awareness and love. Individuals growing up in a traumatic environment often have an altered view of themselves and the world that directly impacts their life choices. Being able to love yourself for who you are is the first step to making healthy decisions that lead to lasting change.
